PP ( polypropylene,PP ) :
Equipped with acid, chemical resistant, impact-resistant and heat resistance (about 20 ℃ ~ 120 ℃)....etc. Tasteless, odorless, nontoxic, lightweight thermoplastic resin, excellent mechanical properties, integrated excellent performance, easy molding processing.
PE ( polyethylene, PE ) :
Divided into high-density polyethylene (HDPE), low-density polyethylene (LDPE), and polyethylene foam. PE has acid, alkaline resistance and good electrical insulation properties as well. Electrolytic corrosion will not be affected. The HDPE & LDPE both have higher melting point, hardness, and more resistant to the erosion of corrosive liquids.
PVC ( Polyvinylchloride, PVC ) :
SR-PVC semi-rigid PVC & Non-Migration PVC; not easily be acid, alkali corrosion, and heat resistance. The most important feature is the flame, so it is widely used for fire protection applications.
TPU ( Polyurethane ) :
PU has a very good resistance to pressure, vibration, corrosion, abrasion resistance, weather resistance, and winding performance. PU is a resin not a plastic. There are two types of PU; Polyester & Polyether (hydrolysis resistance & antifungal).
TPE ( Thermoplastic Polyester elastomer ) :
Has excellent electrical characteristics, toughness, and strength. It is strongly resistant to oils, fuels, tearing, and many other chemicals. TPEE has rubber elasticity and strength of engineering plastics.
TPR ( Thermoplastic Rubber,TPR ):
Thermoplastic rubber is similar to the traditional vulcanized rubber with strength and resilience, good resistance to cold temperature, good chemical resistance (acids, alkalis, and salts), non-toxic, with a soft touch and adjustable properties and hardness.
